- Internal Audit Outsourcing
- Compilation and Reviews
- Sarbanes-Oxley Advisory Services

BSBA with an emphasis in accounting and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
The Senior Auditor will lead and participate in a wide variety of projects, including the following:
- System and Organization Controls Examinations (SOC 1, 2 and 3)
- Financial Statement Audits
- Employee Benefit Plan Audits
- Internal Audit Outsourcing
- Compilations and Reviews
- Sarbanes-Oxley Advisory Services

BSBA or Masters with an emphasis in accounting and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

We are seeking students who are in their Junior or Senior year. This position will be based out of our Louisville, Colorado headquarters – between Boulder and Denver.
