K Fi Foundation Hosts Breakfast for Homeless Youth Job Fair

On May 25, 2012 the K Financial Foundation hosted another successful event at one of our favorite venues – Urban Peak in downtown Denver. The K Fi Team provided and served 70 breakfast burritos and tons of fruit and juice to homeless youth who were attending a job fair later in the morning. We also provided many shopping bags full of flip-flops, t-shirts, deodorant and Chapstick. Several local companies such as Chipotle and Home Depot stepped up and participated in the job fair. The quote of the morning was from a young lady who said “I better pass on the burrito – nobody is going to hire me if I go into an interview with gas.”
