Serving Up Some Goodness at the Urban Peak Drop in Center!

The Kfi team met this morning at the Urban Peak drop in center to serve breakfast to Denver youth experiencing homelessness.  This is one of our favorite service events and is a great way to start the day. We brought our customary load of Santiagos breakfast burritos, fruit, chocolate milk, gatorade, orange juice and granola bars.  During a break in the action, the team made sandwiches that will be distributed to kids on the street later today as part of Urban Peak’s outreach program.  Big thank you to Dean for picking up 130 burritos this morning.  The newest member of our team, Roxana, made her debut at Urban Peak this morning and earned the MVP award for bringing several bags of Valentines Day candy and having conversations with many of the kids in Spanish.  Nicely done Roxana!  And great work Kfi team.  We did some good today!
